FOUNDER
Steve founded Collaborative Talent to continue fostering his love of partnering with clients to solve their talent needs. He found his passion while working for one of the top technical consulting companies in the Midwest, and cut his teeth uniting talent with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies across the country. Steve loves working with clients to understand their needs, as well as working with candidates to understand where they want to go in their careers. He established Collaborative Talent to unite those two passions and help the innovators and disruptors of the world to find the people they need to solve problems and scale.
